Richard Faith
VP of Construction & Development
Originally from London, Richard has lived in Miami since 1982. He earned degrees in Finance and Management at the University of Miami.
Richard develops relationships with banks to identify bank-owned and foreclosure properties suited to development by The Faith Group. He specializes in the design and construction of low- to medium-rise multifamily projects and medical condominiums.
His responsibilities have included permitting and construction for tenant improvements, including properties owned by the group.
Richard lives in Miami with his wife and three children and enjoys basketball and Formula 1 racing.
