Roderick Faith

Roderick manages the construction and development of commercial, medical and retail projects. His experience includes developments within The Faith Group’s holdings and oversight of external projects, alongside project financing, land acquisition, sales and marketing.

His project work spans new buildings, interior office and retail buildouts, site improvements, utility relocations and tenant improvements in occupied and unoccupied spaces. He has worked with design-build, guaranteed maximum price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts.

Roderick coordinates construction management across the group’s projects. His responsibilities include budgets, subcontract negotiation and day-to-day communication with the project team to keep work on schedule and within approved budgets.

He works closely with owners, architects, engineers, contractors and building officials. Accessibility, accountability and clear communication underpin his approach to project management and team leadership.
