COO & CFO
Raised and educated in London, Roland moved to Miami with his family in 2005. Before relocating, he ran the group booking department at Gulliver’s Travel, developing experience in accounting, finance, management and human resources.
As COO and CFO, Roland oversees the company’s financial decisions. His work includes managing new business, expanding the portfolio and maintaining the relationships that support the group’s operations.
His belief in Miami’s investment and construction potential, together with a close working relationship with his family, shapes his long-term perspective on the business.
