Roy Faith

Roy oversees real estate acquisitions, dispositions and leasing across The Faith Group’s portfolio. He has held a Florida broker’s license since 2010 and is President of the group’s brokerage division.

He identifies opportunities in retail, office, multifamily and hospitality, looking for stability, growth potential and properties that can benefit from improvement and development. His work connects asset selection with the practical decisions that improve a property during ownership.

With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Roy has managed more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space. His work includes lease negotiations, tenant and landlord representation, property stabilization, acquisitions and dispositions.

A London native, Roy studied Business Studies at Middlesex University, earning a Bachelor of Arts, and also studied psychology. He began his real estate career managing commercial properties in London before building local experience in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and North Miami Beach.
