Acquired as a distressed office building in 2013, International City Building I was repositioned through the group’s in-house architectural and construction capabilities. The group worked with the City of North Miami Beach to correct code violations and return interiors to shell condition.
The property was marketed for build-to-suit users and leased to multiple tenants, including a 13,000-square-foot drug and alcohol detox facility. A December 2025 announcement records its sale for $6.5 million.
The 2025 sale report gives the address as 150 NW 168th Street and the net rentable area as 25,902 square feet. The earlier property profile lists 152 NW 168th Street and a 32,250-square-foot building area; these measurements use different descriptions and are not treated as interchangeable.
