The property
A historical retail repositioning and brokerage transaction.
Sun Plaza is a retail center on State Road 7 in Margate, between Commercial Boulevard and Atlantic Boulevard. An August 2014 company report records a $2.65 million sale, brokered for the seller by Roy Faith and Dave Colonna of FIP Realty Services.
That report describes 32,000 square feet of leasable space and the leasing work following a June 2012 acquisition. It states that occupancy increased from 34% to 80% within 18 months. Those figures describe the historical transaction, not current property performance.
